The aluminum tripolyphosphate (modified aluminium triphosphate) produced by our company is a white non-toxic and harmless antirust pigment. It can effectively replace the traditional pigment containing metal lead and chromium. It is a new environmental protection product with excellent effect of antirust, anticorrosion and flame retardant.
Performance: the main ingredient of the product is aluminum triphosphate (ALH2P2O10.2H2O).
The main antirust group: P3O10 5. The trapezoid crystallized, non volatile white microcrystalline powder, difficult to dissolve in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, density 2 - 3.0g/cm3, non-toxic, no irritation to the skin, good thermal stability, stable to acid.

2. anticorrosive force: with this product as an antirust pigment addition and antirust paint, modified tripolyphosphate radical 5 can produce chelates with various metal ions and form excellent purified membrane on the surface of the coated material, which can effectively improve the adhesion of the coating, improve the salt resistance, corrosion resistance and anti foaming property of the coating. Its antirust performance is better than that of red rust, zinc chrome yellow, zinc phosphate and other anti rust pigments. After painting, it has the effect of isolating rust and passivation.
3. wide applicability: coatings produced by this product can be used not only for steel, but also for corrosion protection of light metals such as zinc and aluminum.
4. less consumption: less consumption, lower paint cost, lower cost compared with red Dan and zinc chrome yellow 10%--20%.
