Coating grade calcium carbonate

Characteristics: compared with pure calcium carbonate, it has the characteristics of narrow particle size distribution range, lower water absorption, lower oil absorption value and good affinity with resin. It is beneficial to improve the tensile, compressive and wear resistance of products. After mixing, the melting time is shortened, the balance torque is reduced, the dispersion is high, the color of the products is easy to be coloured, and the surface luster of products is increased.
Application: as filler, it is widely used in papermaking, rubber, plastic, wire and cable, paint, ink, daily chemical industry and other industrial sectors.
Main role
Paper industry: it can enhance the surface gloss of paper.
Rubber industry: it can improve the dispersing performance and the demoulding performance of the products, increase the surface finish and flexivity of the products, and also improve the processing performance and physical and mechanical properties of the products.
Plastic industry: improve the flexibility, strength and stability of plastic products, improve the processing performance of products, greatly increase the filling amount, reduce the wear and tear of the mold. The tensile strength and impact strength of calcium carbonate filled in plastic and rubber by surface treatment is obviously higher than that of the filling system without surface treatment of calcium carbonate. The kneading time is shortened and the birth rate is improved.
Cable products: improve electrical insulation performance, moderate acidity and alkalinity, good compatibility with the resin, can increase the filling amount, reduce cost, especially suitable for filling in PVC wire and cable material;
Advanced ink, paint and lacquer ware: it has dispersibility, better stability, and can increase the gloss, transparency and quick drying of products.
