Dyed colored sand

Description：
Dyed colored sand is treated by multiple rounds of process grinding with selected quartz sand to make particles round and then be sintered by chemical treatment at high temperature. Coloured sand makes up for the disadvantages of natural coloured sand, such as less colourful coloring and less variety of colors. The color material is screened by multi-stage, so as to ensure uniform gradation, increase packing density and resist heavy pressure.

1, roundness: round shaped particles 6%, heteromorphic particles 4%
2, hardness: mineral hardness: 6.5~7.0
3, specific gravity: true density: 2650 kg/m3; bulk density: 1524~1588 kg/m3
4, cleanliness: impurity content is less than 1%
5, porosity: less than 23.8%
6, acid resistance: 10%HCl solution soaked for 8 hours, no change in color.
7, alkali resistance: 10%NaOH solution soaked for 8 hours, no change in color.
